She was predeceased by: her mother Nora Menotti Saracco of Galveston; her husband Anthony Charles Giamfortone; her father George Joseph Saracco; her brother John Joseph Saracco (Judy); her sister-in-law Mary Louise Giamfortone (Andrew); and her niece Toni Lynn Koneman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Giamfortone Nolte (John), Nolte III (Tim) and Sami Giamfortone Hartson (Gary Alan Hartson); her son-in-law Kerry Michael Koneman; her sisters, Georgia Meyer Barzilay (Ami) and Dorothy Jane Nelson (BB); her grandchildren, Kristen Huth, Kaycee Hodges (Rick), Morgan Nolte Delapena (Mario), Nick Ryan Nolte, Brock Anthony Hartson and Baylee Alyssa Hartson; her great grandchild Sophia Castillo; and her grandchildren, Lauren Huth, Kiersten Spaw, Liam Spaw, Autumn Hodges, Levi Hodges and Dominic Mario Delapena.
