She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Clay and Freddie Ford; her stepfather Donald Clay; and her siblings, Marvin Ford and Towana Ford.
She is survived by: her former husband Raymond Green; her children, Tieshiea, Jordan, Joshua and Marco Spradley; her siblings, Babeyette Jackson, Leroy Jackson, Darla Clay, Larry Ford, Thomas Ford, Denise Ford-Joseph, Linda Ford Forrester, Jacob Forrester, Jessica Ford and Wayne Ford; and her aunts, Mae Johnson, Linda Miles Johnson and Terri Miles. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
