He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mejia Alvarez; his sons, Daniel Mejia and Gabriel Mejia; his daughter-in-law Brandi Mejia (Adrian Mejia); his grandchildren, Breana Mejia, Elodia Mejia, Roman Mejia, Nathaniel Mejia, Damian Arevalo and Julius Hernandez; his mother-in-law Juanita Mejia; his siblings, Carmela Alvarez, Guadalupe Montemayor and Luis Alvarez; his sister-in-law Frances Alvarez; and also Lizeth Arevalo. He is also survived by many brother in laws and sister in laws, and many nieces and nephews.
