She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Seawillow Williams; her granddaughters, Millicent Williams and Marcellina Williams; her great grandchild Stephanie Smith; and her children, Cecil Williams, Jerry Williams, Ellis Williams, Chris Williams, Harold Vincent Price, Jr., Debra Kelso, Virginia Williams, Kathy Green and Bridget Williams. She was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
