He is survived by: his children, Heather Mosher of Galveston, TX, Luron George Alvin Whatley of Galveston, TX and Ginger Marie Simerly of Shepherd, TX; his siblings, Horace Monroe Goldman, George Grant Whatley of Pasadena, TX, Judy Marie Everett of Cleveland, TX, Linda Corine Benson of Millers Creek, NC, Robert Francis Morgan of Ennis, TX and Kathleen Franke of Humble, TX; his grandchildren, Devin Mosher, Lily Mosher, Lyteah Whatley, Luron Whatley V and Lacy Simerly; and his great grandchildren, Maraiia Reyes, Robert Reyes, Mariana Reyes and Wesson Simerly.
