He was predeceased by: his father Jacinto Rios (Jesse); and his grandparents, Joe and Aurora Aguirre. He is survived by: his mother Mary Rios of Santa Fe; his caregiver Kathy Johnson of Texas City; his brother Anthony Rios (Brian) of Galveston; his uncle Joe; his aunt Rachel Zamora; and his cousins, Joy Zamora of Corpus Christi and Rachel Phillips of Toledo Washington.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. Levy & Termini Funeral Home (2128 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
