He is survived by: his mother Mary Rios of Santa Fe; his caregiver Kathy Johnson of Texas City; his brother Anthony Rios (Brian) of Galveston; his uncle Joe; his aunt Rachel Zamora; and his cousins, Joy Zamora of Corpus Christi and Rachel Phillips of Toledo Washington.
