He was predeceased by: his sister Francis Ayala. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Ayala and Agroda Ayala of Galveston; his wife Elva Ayala; his brother Chris Ayala; his sister-in-law Elaine Ayala of Dickinson, Texas.; his daughter Marissa; his son-in-law Rudy Rios Sr.; his children, Richard Allen Jr., Christopher Alvarado and Maria Garcia; and his grandchildren, Luciano, Dominic Perez, Rudy Jr., Little Matthew Rios, Malakai, Richard, Tony Delvalle, Mayah, Aleayah Alvarado and Samantha Huerta.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carnes Brothers Funeral Home (1201 23rd St, Galveston, TX 77550). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (2506 65th St, Galveston, TX 77551).
