She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Manuel M. Castro; her son Manuel John Castro; her parents, John D. Lozano and Elvira Lozano; her siblings, John F. Lozano, Rudolph Lozano and Mary Lewis Nava; her grandson Keith Martinez; her daughters, Juanita Martinez (Benny) of Seabrook, Manuela Benavides (Bernie) of Seabrook and Victoria L. Castro of Seabrook; her grandchildren, Shawn Castro Tabibzadegan (Shahram) of Galveston, Richard Benavides Jr. of College Station, Castrolyne Benavides (Robert) of Clear Lake, Chelsea Benavides Vega (Jorge) of Friendswood, Branden E. Castro of Seabrook, Kaitlyn Coney (Andrew) of Austin, Kristyn Pananos (Tony) of Houston and Karalyne Martinez of Seabrook; her great grandchildren, Richard Benavides III and Dominic A. Benavides of League City; her grandchildren, Angel A. Benavides, Aason Benavides-Muniz, Ashton Benavides-Muniz of Clear Lake, Olivia Tabibzadegan, Caiden L. Vega, Christian Vega, Caleb Vega of Friendswood, Benea Coney and Dakota Coney of Austin; her caregivers, Kathy Flego, Lisa Franco, Gloria Trevino and Anisha; and also Peanut Castro. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that everyone try to live as Christ did. Donations may be sent to anyone in need in honor of Mary Agnes Castro.
