She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ray Smith and Peggy Joyce White Smith; and her brother-in-law Wayne Harris. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashlei-Nichol Hight (Tiffany), Camron Garrett, Jackson Welder (Ashley), Caitlyn Welder, Carys Welder, Morgan Garrett, Aric Welder and Bowie Welder; and her siblings, Owen Smith (Sue Ann) and Sydney Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a local food bank.
