He was predeceased by: his father John William Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Luciano; his son John; his daughter-in-law Nhu; his family, Beverle Smart, Sunni Glover, Brynn Glover and Brandon Glover; and his friend Nathan Sukiennik.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Malloy Funerals & Cremations (3028 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A rosary will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1302 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery (7801 Gulf Fwy, Dickinson, TX 77539).
