He is survived by: his wife Sherri Roebuck; his children, Zachary Roebuck (Faith) and Allison Roebuck; his parents, Debra Stout and Randy Stout; his sister Theresa Packebush (Kenny); his stepsister Somer Thurman (Randy); his aunt Cathy Kell; his uncles, Tony Okupski and Pete Okupski (Jenn); his brother-in-law Ryan Maxwell (Chelsea); his mother-in-law Cindy Maxwell; his cousins, Mike Kell, Anthony Okupski and Christopher Okupski (Kayla); his nieces and nephews, Terrence Bonds, Reed Packebush, Austin Thurman, Kelson Fisher, Connor Maxwell, Taylor Wilson (Quinn), Destinee Packebush, Abbi Thurman, Kyndal Fisher and Sophia Maxwell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Atlas and Ares Wilson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Malloy Funerals & Cremations (3028 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Galveston Island Humane Society or the Texas A&M Gulf Center for Sea Turtle Research.
