He is survived by: his wife Sara; his mother Kathy Costner; his grandmother Beulah Scott; his aunts and uncles, Linda Frazier, Mikel Scott, Sr., Deborah Yvonne Scott, Joy and Robert Hudson; his cousins, Tammy Ray, Shannon Jenkins, Chad Scott, Mikel Scott, Jr., Bartley Corzine, Joshua Scott and Ashley Scott; his parents-in-law, Samy Rehem and Margaret Rehem; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Rehem, Samuel Rehem and Aly Rehem.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Malloy Funerals & Cremations (3028 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston, TX 77550). A reception was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 5222 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77551.
