He is survived by: his wife Margaret Keels Henck of League City; his daughter Helen Henck Willcockson of Chapel Hill, NC; his granddaughter Lani Willcockson Greene; his great grandchildren, Lillian Belle Greene of Greensboro, NC and Rosemary Lynn Greene of Greensboro, NC; his granddaughter Kara Willcockson Smith; his great grandchild Kathryn Elisabeth Smith of Burlington, NC; his son Harrold K. Henck, Jr.; his grandson Henry Kent Henck of El Paso, TX; his stepson Peter Coltzer of Houston; his stepgrandson William Story Coltzer; and his stepdaughters, Rev. Alicia Coltzer Besser of Galveston and Beth Coltzer of Houston.

His strong faith sustained his life-long optimism, and especially while in isolation during the COVID pandemic quarantine of 2020.
