With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Kelly of Galveston, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Evans and Evelyn Evans; and her siblings, Gary Grover Sr. and Beverly Henry. She is survived by: her sons, Homer Sullivan (Tina), Scott Sullivan (Renee) and Jason Sullivan Sr. (Sandra); her grandchildren, Jessica Purl (Ethan), Ashley Sullivan (Ryan Gunter), Destiny Auzston (Taylor Weller), Jason Sullivan Jr., David Sullivan and Brayden Sullivan; her stepgrandchildren, Jessica Sauceda, Aj Sauceda and Skyler Moore; and her great grandchildren, Lukas Murray, Krason Moya, Kye Purl, Cole Purl and Roman Gunter.
The family has several charities in mind to memorialize their family through and would ask that anyone desiring to make a memorial donation to please send the donation to Carnes Brothers Funeral Home 1201 Tremont Galveston, Texas 77550 and they will disperse the funds to the appropriate charities.
