She was predeceased by: her parent Ferrylyn; her husband Charles Arnold; her son Terry Lee Derrick; and her daughter-in-law Donna Derrick. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Zimerman (Frank), Lisa Frederick and Donald Derrick (Bubba); her grandchildren, Jennifer Thompson, Melisa Frederick, Samantha Maddox and David Kocur; her great grandchildren, Ravyn Lerma, Joaquin Lerma, Bella Lerna, Taylor Maddox and Kaylie Maddox; and her great great grandchild Damien Hernandez.
