With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobbie Jo Phillips of Galveston, Texas, who passed away on November 22, 2023 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Cary Vlcek; and her grandmother Berneice Rowcliff. She is survived by: her husband Tom Phillips; her children, Zacery Zastrow and Noah Zastrow of Pensacola, FL; her stepson Kody Phillips of Reaford, NC; her grandchildren, Damien Phillips, Bentley Phillips, Greyson Phillips, Melody Woodglass and Ryker Teague; her mother Shelley Vlcek; and her sister Amber Caldwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
