She is survived by: her husband Gordon Starr of Gallatin; her mother-in-law Thelma Starr of Rusk; her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Malley Phifer of Gallatin; her daughters, Jennifer Morris of Gallatin, Brittany (Brian Mangrum) and Rosanna Starr of Gallatin; and her siblings, Tamara (Danny Pearson), Megan (Elgin Morris), Sharla Phillips of Kilgore and Randy Zickuhr of Oklahoma. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild, nieces, nephews and extended family.
