He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Myles Zehren and Celeste Helen Baumann Zehren; and his siblings, Joseph Zehren, Tom Zehren, Jack Zehren and Celeste Stango.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Rather than customary condolences, the family requests donations be made to Rusk Church of Christ building fund at 397 S. Main St, Rusk, TX, 75785.
