She was predeceased by: her husband Hilario P. Ruiz; her daughter Anita Medina; her grandchildren, Patricia L. Rocha, Hector Chavera III, Javier Alvarado and Johnny Alvarado; her great great grandchild Rene Jose V. Fernandez; her parents, Francisco Gonzalez and Andrea Gonzalez; and her siblings, Reynaldo Gonzalez and Refugio Gonzalez.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Rocha, Armandina Ramirez, Ernestina R. Gonzales (Cresencio), Angelita R. Salcido, Alicia Burciaga, Elsa Hernandez and Armando H. Ruiz; and her brother Roberto Gonzalez. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 91 great-grandchildren, 40 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the South Houston Funeral Home (1506 Houston Blvd, South Houston, TX 77587). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Forest Park.
