He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Phillips and Sarina Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Byron Phillips, Jr. (Jessica) of Crosby and Kim Berrey (Wayne) of Houston; his grandchildren, Wade Williams, Dakota Dunagan (Candace) and Emily Phillips; his great grandchildren, Abigail Williams and Kinsley Dunagan (Little Dakota); the mother of his children Judy Phillips; and his sister Nancy Harrison (Ken).
