With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Viola Juanita Snider of Gainesville, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Andrews and Bertha Andrews; her former husband Kenneth Don Snider; her son Dale Andrews; and her grandsons, Kenneth Wesley Fails and Gary Dwayne Buckaloo.
She is survived by: her children, Frank, Kevin and Heather Padgett; her husband Gene Padgett of Gainesville; her children, Nita Williams (Mark) of Callisburg, Donna Day (Tim) of Woodbine, James Shannon (Doris) of Kingston, OK, Roy Snider of Callisburg, Matt Backaloo (Erin) of Sallisaw, OK. and Tammie Gray; and her friend Jane Pool. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
