He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Wilson Sawyer; his children, Curt Sawyer (Kris Sawyer), Clay, McKenna, Drew and David Sawyer (Katie Sawyer); his grandchildren, Anna, Maddy and Jackson; and his stepdaughter Elizabeth.
