It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Salaz in Gainesville, Texas, born in Torrington, Wyoming, who passed away on November 23, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Letha Salaz of Callisburg; his sons, Michael Salaz of Houston and Richard Salaz (Stacy) of The Colony; his stepsons, Larry Westbrook of Gainesville and Les Westbrook (Lauri) of Sherman; his grandchildren, Michael Adrian Salaz, Kali Salaz, Gianna Salaz, Diamond Torres, Colin Westbrook, Katie Westbrook, Logan Westbrook and Channing Westbrook; his sister Liz Adair (Richard) of Douglas, WY; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Salaz of Tucson, AZ, Joyce Salaz of Princeton, MN, Melvin Ware of Woodbine and Lynette Tolbert of Callisburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
