With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sherry Zwinggi of Gainesville, Texas, born in Coffeyville, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sherry left this world on December 22, 2024 at the age of 68, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Sherry may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sherry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McCartney and Betty McCartney; and her daughter Jamie Zwinggi Yosten. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Zwinggi (Marianne Cortes) of Muenster, TX; her granddaughter Ava Brooke Yosten; her siblings, Bonnie Goerge of Whitesboro, TX, Connie Hunter (Roger) of Mr, Shana Galvan (Mike) of Moss Lake, TX and Jason McCartney (Bridgette) of Gainesville; and her close friends, Missy Barthold and Becky Dickerson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240).
