She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Lee (Harris) and Frank Lewis Barthold; her siblings, Pauline Brummitt, Wallace Barthold, Lewis Barthold and Johnny Barthold; her children, Angie Gaylynn Barber (Randy) of Denton and Alan Dale Alsup of Gainesville; and her siblings, Sherian Dyer of Gainesville, Martha Lawson of Denton and Wilbur Barthold of Valley View.

She is survived by: her stepgrandchildren, Shelly Stone of Aubrey and Dusty Barber of Aubrey; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaylee Barber, Makynlee Barber, Landon Stone and Hudson Stone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Valley View Cemetery.
