Macie Darnell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, at the age of 95, Macie Darnell of Gainesville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Clarke and Audrey Clarke (Barker); her husband Bill Darnell; her son Michael Darnell; and her siblings, Orville "Bub" Clarke, Renee Middleton, Mick Campbell and Billie Hanan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Coffey (Earnest) of Gainesville and Susan Hart (Jim) of Allen; her daughter-in-law Mickie Darnell of Watonga, OK; her granddaughters, Ginni Hall (Joseph), Audra Hart, Victoria Hart and Courtney Hart; and her great grandchildren, Ty Wilder, Ashlynn Wilder and Allee Hall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hillcrest Church of Christ, Gainesville; or the American Heart Association.
