It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Jeanine Hodge of Gainesville, Texas, who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Bell Mattox and Henry Harrison Mattox; her sons, Gary Lee Allen Hodge and Brandon Hodge; her husband Gary Henry Hodge; and her siblings, John Mattox, Nathan Mattox and Elsie Ann Legg.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Hodge, Crystle Hodge, Shawn Hodge, Michelle Shelton and Christopher Hodge; and her siblings, Donna Barton, Mary Fleming, Henry Mattox Jr. and Jess Mattox. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
