He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Clemens Hoedebeck and Marie Theresa Yosten Hoedebeck; his sons, Brent and Joshua; and his sister Charlotte Zimmerer.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Robbins, Donna Foreman (Kirk) and Joe Hoedebeck (Lisa); and his siblings, Shirley Klement Flint, Danny Hoedebeck and Kathy Day (Ernie). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 5:30 PM at the J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home (602 Lindsay St, Gainesville, TX 76240). Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (825 N Weaver St, Gainesville, TX 76240). A committal service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
Donations can be made to St. Mary's Church and flowers can be sent to the funeral home.
