He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Anne Harvill (Kevin), Michael Keith Smith (Diana), Dennis Ray Smith (Charleen) and Bradley Charles Smith (Gail); and his close friend Jean Oxford. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
