With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George Ware Jr. of Gainesville, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Ware, Sr. and Grace Roe Carson; his wife Joyce Marie Jewett; his daughter Sharon Kay Ware-Harrison; his sons-in-law, Bill Harrison and Larry Monden; his great grandchild Megan Michele Monden; his siblings, Iris Miller Isaacs and Joe K. Ware; and his brother-in-law Dennis Fuller.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla; his son-in-law Mickey Underhill of Denton; his sons, William C. Ware (Billy) of Mena, AR and Joe; his daughters-in-law, Tammy Ware of McAlester, OK and Sandy (Allen Snowden); his siblings-in-law, Glenda Fuller of Gainesville, Bill and Martha Maughan of Valley View; his close friend Chuck Salisbury; and also Jerry Joslin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren.
