He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lewis and Pauline Lewis; and his brother Darrell Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Janie Lewis; his children, Gary Dale Lewis, Jr. (Emily), Renee Roessler (Mike), Trini McMeen and Bridget Floyd; and his sister Jean Hines (Danny). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
