He is survived by: his wife Carmen Dewey (Threadgill); his son Chad Dewey (Maida); his grandchildren, Tarek and Nabila; his son Lance Dewey; his grandchildren, Jayda, Jenna and Jewell; his great grandchild Derek Dewey (Morgan); and also, Dylan (Stormi), Skyler, Eddie, Bailey, Emilyn, Slayde, Winter and Summer.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery of Gainesville, Texas (1059 Toby, Gainesville, TX 76240).
