He is survived by: his wife Darleen Long Burkhart; his sons, Mike Burkhart (Daloris), Steve Burkhart (Vickie), Jeff Burkhart (Kandy) and Greg Burkhart (Lisa); his grandchildren, Crystal Salisbury (James, Ryan Burkhart), Josh Burkhart, Jake Burkhart (Casey) and Blake Burkhart; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Burkhart and Austin Burkhart.
