She was predeceased by: her stepparents, Otis Barthold and Billie Chewning; her stepbrothers, Michael and Ricky Garner; and her grandparents, Pauline, Lynton Mitchell, Mary Jackson and John Chewning.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Barthold (Alice) of Gainesville; her daughter Amber Taylor (Steven Taylor); her grandchildren, Aleigh Taylor, Olivia Taylor and Sophia Taylor of Justin; her half-sister Deborah McMillian; and her stepsiblings, Carolyn Walters (Ronnie Lampard), Melissa Barker (Randy), Cindy Liedtke and Jerry Barthold (Irma). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (305 Co Rd 194, Gainesville, TX 76240).
