She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowell and Dorothy Pauline Leake (Lunsford); her brothers, James Rex Sellers and Hardy Dean Leake; and her brother-in-law Robert Lewis Dougherty, Jr. (Bob).
She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Amerson; her children, Lance Alexander, Aaron Alexander, Jared Alexander, Morgan Foudray and Megan Telles; and her siblings, Brenda Zaijeck, Lanelle Dougherty, Teresa Kerr and William Leake. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
