He is survived by: his great grandchild Averi Hanline; his siblings, George Bills, James Bills, John Thomas Bills and Mary Anne Pool; his children, Carolyn Ann Teed, Trixie Long, Lucille Tharmond, Roger and Joe Bills; and his siblings, Roy Bills, Mae Dawson, Delores Craddock and Lela Yardley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
