She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Markus Gmelin (Diane) of Danbury, Wolfram Gmelin of Fulshear and Reinhard Gmelin of Mableton, GA; her grandchildren, Steven Gmelin (Elizabeth) of Ridgefield, CT, Nicole Roe (Andrew) of Greenwich, CT and Brian Gmelin of Norwalk, CT; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Kimberly, Brianna, Jameson, Bennett and Spencer; and her husband Lenz W. Gmelin.
