He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Cieslewicz and Josephine Lezak Cieslewicz; his wife Barbara Ann; and his siblings, Josephine Howard (Delton), Pete Cieslewicz and Tommy Cieslewicz (Georgia).
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Ann Lamensky (Cary) of Beasley and Eric Frank Cieslewicz (Julianna) of Needville; and his grandsons, Justin Frank Lamensky (Courtney) of Rosenberg, Dylan Wayne Lamensky (Laura) of Richmond and Jordan Davis of Needville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
