He is survived by: his wife Judy Lanham-Kelley; his children, Troy Kelley, Casey Kelley, Trina Riley, Michelle Kelley and Alison Lanham; and his grandchildren, Aubrey (Bryson), Demian, Quentin, Brylee, Brynna and Natalie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home (6801 I-20BL, Odessa, TX 79762). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the same location.
