He was predeceased by: his father Billy Don Rife; his daughter Ashley Rife; and his sister Cindy Rife Howell. He is survived by: his mother Donna Kay Rife of Fruitvale; his children, Andy Lee Rife of Fruitvale and Keri Ethel Rife of Sanger; his brother James Clifton Rife of Fruitvale; his grandchildren, Keyonnie Barnes and Kayden Clemons; the mother of his children Ethel Strother of Sanger; and his nephews, Dennie Howell, Jacob Howell (Brandy) and John Howell. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
