He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie D. Wheeler and Lela Mae McDougle Wheeler; his son Larry Lane Wheeler; and his siblings, Vernon Wheeler, Bennie J. Wheeler, Ray Wheeler, Stanley Wheeler, Larry E. Wheeler, Betty McCellon, Katherine Abrahamson and Barbara Wheeler.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Wheeler of Fruitvale; his children, Denny Wheeler (Stacie) of Lindale, Charles Lee Wheeler (LeAnn) of Fruitvale, Robin Cartwright (Jeff) of Canton and Darlinda Wheeler (Casey Brookshire); and his sister Stella Noble of Turlock, California. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
