He is survived by: his daughters, Shelli (Jerry Crocker) and Carla (Bryan McGlothlin); his grandchildren, Evan Crocker, Ember Crocker, Ryan McGlothlin, Carley Sale (Jim) and Jana Brightman (Darren); and his great grandchildren, Chloe Diane Sale, Aubrey Leigh Sale and Jackson Cooper Sale.
