It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Refugio Rodriguez (Frost, Texas), who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Estella Rodriguez; and his siblings, Ernesto Rodriguez, Leonardo Rodriguez, Gustavo Rodriguez and Dora Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Pena (Nicky), Gracie Gomez (Freddy) and Patsy Skaggs (Garett); and his siblings, Mary Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez, Gloria Rodriguez, Luz Rodriguez and Imelda Vasquez. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
