Debbie Kay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ponder and Dorothy Ponder; and her husband David Lynn Hazelwood. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Hazelwood (Amanda), Jamie Hazelwood, Erika Ponder and Randy Ponder; her sister Patricia Ratcliff; and her grandchildren, Kadee Dowdle, Wade Hadley, Kameron Hadley, Krista Dowdle, Bailee Dowdle, Michael Dowdle and Bray Hazelwood.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Blooming Grove Methodist Church (300 S Kerr St, Blooming Grove, TX 76626).
