He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Shirly Ann MCafee (Briggs); and his stepdaughter Flora Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Lena Hall; and his stepsons, James Jackson of Williamsburg and John Wayne Jackson of Rusk. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
