He was predeceased by: his parents, T. C. Raper and Wanna Beth Raper (Srader). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his brother Tommy Raper of Dumas; his children, Heather Cook (Russell) of Bastrop, TX and Dustin Raper (Amanda) of Fritch; and his grandchildren, Jason Cook of Bastrop, Haley of Fritch, Stetson of Fritch and Bristol Raper of Fritch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
