He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence "Sonny" Millsap; and his brother Ed Millsap. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline "Jacki" Millsap; his daughters, Renee Prater (Wade) of Borger and Stephanie Long (Shane) of Borger; his grandchildren, Tanner Prater (Marni) of Borger, Tiffanie Prater of Borger, Sydnie Long of Borger and Seth Long of Borger; his great grandchildren, Ryder and Reece Prater; and his siblings, Vicki Davis, Patti Clark, Bill Millsap and Shari Lint of Kansas City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
