He is survived by: his children, Donnie Wayne Jr. (Delillah) of Paris, TX and Kellie Denise (Mark Welch) of Littlefield, TX; his wife Linda; his children, Billy Blassingame (Terri) of Wolfforth, TX, Traci (Clint McMinn) of Fritch and Bobby Ray (Adria) of Lubbock; his great grandchild Brooklyn (Tyrell Bidwell); his children, Lexi, Zander of Fritch and Brittney (Patrick Fort); his grandchildren, Avery and Eason of Shady Shores, TX; his daughter Brianna (Landon Friemel); his grandchildren, Madisyn, Masyn and Mason of Wildorado, TX; his son Brad Ray (Randi); his grandchildren, Kinsey and Sidney of Amarillo; his son Joe Paul Montgomery (Cassi); his grandson Sterling of Amarillo; his child Whitney (Chance Bingham); his grandchildren, Caden, Rylen and Brecken of Matador, TX; his sons, Samuel Welch of Dallas, TX and Brandon Blassingame (Jessica); his grandchild Braylon of Amarillo; his son Brent Blassingame (Brandy); his grandchild Nythaniel of Levelland, TX; his children, Brett, Bradley, Brendan Blassingame of Amarillo, Seth McMinn (Lillie McNeill) of Lubbock, Sean McMinn (Halle Lytal) of Amarillo and Sara (Carson Spitler); his grandchild Cason of Amarillo; his child Dallin Ray of Lubbock; his brothers, Dr. Jim Ray (Cynthia) of Lake Eufaula, Okla and Tom Ray (Diana) of Fritch; his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Scifres, Tina Mack of Pflugerville, TX, Terri Owsley of Ft. Myers, Fla., Jim Owsley (Karen) of Ponchatoula and Jim Mackowiak of Lubbock; and his pet Fore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
