He is survived by: his wife Carol Horn; his children, Debbie Freeman, Butch Horn, Jeannie McKinney (Doug Baker), Larry McKinney (Linda), Tammy Carkhuff (Judd), Ken Horn (Donna) and Cynthia Johnson (Will); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristofer, Taylor, Kristen, David, Kaylee, Josh, Becca and Victor; and his great grandchildren, Izayah, Scarlett and Ashley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to your favorite charity.
