He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Darlene Haney and Billy Edgar Phillips; and his brother Cody Keener. He is survived by: his wife Lee Phillips of Fritch; his children, Billy Wayne Klinge (Marsha) of Levelland, Danny Chapa (Megan) of Anna, Wesley White of Fritch, Debra Gail Hix (Nic) of Rowlett, Pamela Lynn Tate (Clay) of Dallas, Ashley Hooser (Rachel Deaton) of Fritch and Tori White (Jody Holt) of Borger; his grandchildren, Jacob Tate, Dylan Chapa, Asa Klinge, Chloe Wingfield, Greyson Hix, Weston Hooser, Wyatt Hooser, Lillian Pinkert and Kendon Pinkert; and his siblings, Albert Lee Phillips of Whitewright and Nita Jane Phillips-Kirby of Whitewright.
